ServiceChannel serves enterprise facility owners (the clients). Red Facility Ops serves the vendors and contractors who work inside those platforms — helping them manage their own operations, track profitability, and communicate with clients professionally.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes. Red Facility Ops is fully responsive, and technicians get a dedicated mobile view with bottom-tab navigation designed specifically for field use — including job details, materials requests, and status updates.

Can I import my existing data?

Yes. You can import clients, work orders, and vendors from any CSV or Excel file using the built-in Import tool. The system maps your columns automatically using AI.

How does the AI work?

The AI uses your actual job data (work order details, client info, trade, status) to draft professional emails, generate quote scopes, suggest diagnostic notes, and summarize operations — all powered by Claude from Anthropic.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. All plans include a 7-day free trial with access to all features. No credit card required to start.

How do I add users?

Go to Settings → Users and invite team members by email. You can assign roles including Admin, Ops Manager, Dispatcher, Accounting, Technician, and Vendor.

What trades are supported?

All trades are supported, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, landscaping, general maintenance, and more. The platform is trade-agnostic by design.
